PagerDuty Periorties (Incident)

Is it possible to configure PagerDuty such that when an incident is triggered and classified as Priority 1 (P1) or Priority 2 (P2), then it escalates to a predefined escalation policy? other than it will not call the peoples that are in the escalation policy.

Yes, you can do this easily with Incident Workflows.

You would setup the trigger and conditions that you want to match :point_down:

And then you define the action. In this case you would want to reassign the incident to a specific Escalation Policy if I understood correctly. :point_down:
